We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for most projects. For weddings and large events, 3-6 months ahead is ideal to secure your preferred date. However, we do accommodate rush bookings when possible — just reach out and we'll do our best to fit you in.

Absolutely! We love destination projects. Travel fees are calculated at $0.30 per mile (round trip) from our base location. For projects requiring flights or overnight stays, we'll provide a custom travel quote as part of your package.

Standard turnaround is 2-4 weeks depending on the project scope. Wedding films typically take 4-6 weeks for the full edit. Need it faster? Our Rush Delivery add-on guarantees delivery within 48-72 hours for an additional $200.

Raw footage delivery is available as an add-on for $150. This includes all unedited source files from your shoot, delivered on an external hard drive or via cloud storage. Note that raw footage is ungraded and unedited — it's the raw material straight from the camera.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, and cash. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date, with the remaining balance due before or on the day of the shoot. Payment plans are available for larger projects — just ask!
