Please read these terms carefully before booking our services. By engaging with Burns Media Haus, you agree to the following conditions.

By accessing, using, or booking services through Burns Media Haus LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Important: If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this website or book any services.
02 Services Provided
Burns Media Haus LLC provides professional videography and media production services including, but not limited to:
- Wedding videography
- Corporate & promotional videos
- Music videos
- Real estate media
- Events & recaps
- Social media content
All services are customized based on the agreed scope outlined prior to booking.
03 Booking & Payment Terms
3.1 Deposit Requirement
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking
- No date is reserved until the deposit is received
3.2 Remaining Balance
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid BEFORE filming begins
- If payment is not completed, services will not be rendered
3.3 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
04 Non-Refundable Policy
All deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
This includes cancellations, rescheduling, or any other reason.
05 Cancellation & Rescheduling
5.1 Client Cancellation
- Deposit is forfeited
- Any additional payments may be partially refundable at company's discretion
5.2 Rescheduling
- Must be requested at least 72 hours in advance
- Subject to availability
- A rescheduling fee may apply
5.3 Company Cancellation
If Burns Media Haus must cancel due to emergency, the client will receive either:
- A full refund, OR
- A rescheduled date
06 Late Payments & Failure to Pay
If final payment is not made before filming:
- Services will be canceled immediately
- Late payments may result in:
- Delayed delivery
- Additional fees
- Legal action if necessary
07 Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate details about the shoot
- Be on time and prepared
- Ensure all permissions are secured
- Communicate clearly before the shoot
08 Creative Control
Final creative direction is at the discretion of Burns Media Haus. We bring our artistic expertise to every project to ensure the highest quality cinematic results.
09 Delivery & Turnaround Time
Delivery timelines vary based on project scope and complexity. Specific timeframes will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of your project.
10 Revisions Policy
- Limited revisions may be included depending on your package
- Additional revisions may incur extra charges
11 Travel & Additional Fees
Travel is charged at $0.60 per mile (round trip) for locations outside our standard service area.
12 Copyright & Usage Rights
- Burns Media Haus retains full copyright ownership of all footage and final products
- Clients receive a non-exclusive usage license for personal or agreed-upon commercial use
13 Promotional Use
The company may use footage for marketing and portfolio purposes unless explicitly declined in writing by the client prior to the shoot.
14 Liability Limitation
Company liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
15 Force Majeure
We are not responsible for uncontrollable circumstances including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of God, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable events that prevent performance of services.
16 Safety & Working Conditions
- Company may leave unsafe situations without refund
- Respect is required at all times; violations may result in immediate service termination
17 File Storage & Backups
Files are stored for 30–90 days after delivery. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups of final deliverables.
18 Privacy Policy
We collect data solely for booking and communication purposes. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties without consent.
19 Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation or appropriate legal channels.
20 Agreement Acknowledgment
Booking confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms outlined on this page.
